Envirologek is a outside sales, marketing and distribution services firm specializing in the environmental engineering industry. Envirologek operates internationally with known North American leading technology products and remediation services to facilitate growth and business development.
Envirologek was founded by Lowell Kessel in 2008 in North American and in Costa Rica as Envirologek Costa Rica S.A. with Mauricio Vasquez. Envirologek established sales and marketing activities in Australia in 2009.
Lowell Kessel
Mr. Kessel is the Principal at EnviroLogek, specializing in marketing and business strategy for emerging technology and engineering companies. He has over 10 years experience in the environmental engineering and remediation, petroleum, and real estate development industries, having worked with companies including Benton Oil and Gas Co., IT/Shaw Group, Haley & Aldrich, ARCO/BP, and G.E.O. Inc.. He is a registered professional geologist (PG) and registered environmental assessor (REA).
Mr. Kessel holds an MBA (Business Strategy & Marketing) from the Merage School of Business at UC Irvine and a BS and MS in Geological Sciences from UC Santa Barbara with research experience in hydrogeochemistry and geophysics. He is also involved in the sustainable remediation forum (SURF), a non-profit organization dedicated to helping the environmental industry prepare and apply sustainable practices to environmental engineering and remediation.

Mauricio Vasquez
Mr. Vasquez is a Hydrogeologist Consultant with more than 5 years of experience in Costa Rica´s geology and hydrogeology industry. Mr. Vasquez has a Bachelor´s Degree in Geology Sciences and Master´s Degree in Hydrogeology and Water Management Resources from the University of Costa Rica. He worked almost 2 years for the Well Drilling Department at Instituto Costarricense de Acueductos y Alcantarillados (public water supplier in Costa Rica). For the past 3 years he has been involved in Environmental Studies for development in real estate industry, and non-metalic mining. Mr. Vasquez is registered as a Professional Geologist at Costa Rican College. He is an Authorized Environmental Consultant of Secretaria Tecnica Nacional Ambiental (National Environmental Secretary). Recently, Mr. Vasquez acquired coordination of the Hydrogeological Commission as a Professional Geologist at the Costa Rican College. He has experience in hydrogeological research for groundwater supply, including application of geophysical techniques and calculation of available groundwater for sustainable use. His experience includes many aquifers types including volcanic, coastal and alluvial. He has considerable experience and knowledge of the water well drilling and exploration, groundwater monitoring, aquifer characterization and pumping test analysis.
